The Gifted Lab – Terms and Conditions

  1. Fees & Payment
    • Fees are collected on the 1st of each month. Payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice.
    • A late fee of $5 will be imposed if payment is not received by the due date.
  2. Lesson Schedule
    • There will be no lessons on:
      • Public holidays
      • June and December school holidays
      • Centre-declared holidays
    • Please refer to The Gifted Lab calendar or contact your child’s teacher for clarification.
  3. Make-Up Policy
    • There is no pro-rating of fees for missed lessons.
    • Students are entitled to a maximum of 2 make-up lessons for sessions missed from:
      • January to May
      • July to November
    • Make-up lessons may be conducted via Zoom, by joining another physical class, or during school holidays. Kindly make arrangements directly with your child’s teacher.
  4. Attendance
    • Regular and punctual attendance is strongly encouraged.
  5. Teacher Absence
    • In the event that a teacher is absent:
      • A replacement lesson will be arranged by the teacher, or
      • A relief teacher will be assigned to take the class.
  1. Class Withdrawal or Break
    • Time slots are not reserved if your child takes a break from our classes.
    • To re-enrol, please register again and confirm the availability of your preferred time slot with our Principal.
  2. Liability
    • The Gifted Lab is not liable for any loss of personal property or injuries sustained during classes or within the premises.
  3. Fee Revisions
    • The Gifted Lab reserves the right to revise fees periodically.
  4. No Deposits or Registration Fees
    • Please note that The Gifted Lab does not collect any deposit or registration fee for its courses.
